Elevate Miami 2026: Stop Hustling Loans and Start Running a Business
Two days in Miami where brokers learned that the difference between a side hustle and a $100 million operation is not capital - it is discipline, process, and knowing exactly who is sitting across the table.

There is a moment at every Geraci conference when you realize the room is not really about real estate. It is about the people who fund it, and the much smaller group of people who fund it well. Elevate Miami 2026, held on September 28 and 29, was built entirely around that second group: the brokers. Two days, one message repeated from the stage in a dozen different accents - stop hustling loans, and start running a business.
Anthony Geraci, CEO of Geraci LLP, opened Elevate Miami 2026 by welcoming attendees and setting the stage for two days of education, networking, and business opportunities in private lending.
The opening sessions set the legal floor under everything that followed. Kaene Soto of Geraci LLP walked the room through the line that decides which rulebook applies to a loan: business purpose versus consumer purpose.
