IMN’s SFR East 2026: Where Capital, Operators, and the Future of SFR Meet

The single-family rental industry returns to Miami Beach from May 18–20, 2026, as IMN’s Single Family Rental East gathers the largest owners, operators, lenders, investors, builders, and service providers in the SFR and Build-to-Rent sectors for one of the most influential meetings in real estate finance.

Hosted at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, the event arrives at a critical moment for the industry. Rising capital costs, inventory constraints, shifting market dynamics, and growing political attention around institutional ownership are reshaping how investors and operators approach the SFR space.

With uncertainty dominating headlines, conferences like SFR East have become increasingly important for professionals looking to understand market direction, evaluate opportunities, and strengthen relationships across the industry.

IMN SFR East 2026 is expected to bring together more than 1,500 industry decision-makers, including many of the largest institutional and middle-market operators in the country.
