I can’t believe I missed this one.
And I don’t mean just missing a great event.
One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most about the private lending industry is its people. If you’re new, they’ll make an effort to get to know you, include you, introduce you to others, and help you find your way. They’ll open doors — and their arms — to welcome newcomers and, thankfully, those of us who aren’t quite so new anymore.
But for those connections to happen, you need the right environment.
And that’s exactly what FortraCon Newport Beach 2026 created.
Beyond the panels and scheduled meetings, FortraCon gave the industry the space and opportunities to actually spend time together — on the golf course, over cocktails, at receptions, and in all those conversations that happen when you put the right people in the right place.
That’s where relationships are strengthened, new ones begin, and sometimes opportunities emerge that nobody had planned before arriving.
